Company Plans a Review Meeting The company successfully completed six months of operations. A number of managers joined Abhishek Foods. The First Review Meeting was planned for January 5, 2009, to discuss the company’s future course of action. The points of discussion for the First Review Meeting were forwarded to the secretary, Radha. The points for discussion inter alia were getting an additional working capital loan of 20 million, an advertising budget of 5 million for the year 2009, supply to government schools, hiring 4 assistant managers for sales, ISO 16001 certification, machinery & equipment required by the Facilities Manager, appointment of auditors, and deciding on the next meeting date. All the managers were supposed to present their reports at the meeting and put forth their proposals.

The First Review Meeting The deliberations at the first Review Meeting of the Managers of Abhishek Foods Ltd., Hyderabad, were as follows: It was held on January 5, 2009, between 4 and 6 pm at Hotel Sahara, Hyderabad, with Usha as chairperson. The CEO, Ratan, who was supposed to chair the meeting was unable to do it because of some emergency.
